Habitat for Humanity of Lincoln County is partnered with Energy Trust of Oregon to provide incentive-based energy upgrades. We provide free home energy assessments to qualified Lincoln County residents. No-cost upgrades available in some situations. Save money on your monthly bills while keeping your house cool in the Summer and warm in the Winter.
How do I qualify?
Must be a customer of Pacific Power or Northwest Natural Gas to qualify for free home energy assessments.
Eligible housing types -- single family homes, existing manufactured homes, small multi-family properties.
